Brand Identity and Guidelines for Latin Reel. Being involved in this project enhanced VERSAL’s commitment with culture, especially because Latin Reel is an initiative that strengthens the bonds between Latin America and the USA, and culture strengthening is one of the core values of the Versal family. With a mission to present films made by or about the Latin-American community, the Latin Reel series features a curated program of narratives, documentaries, and short film screenings in select venues across the city. Latin Reel is deeply interested in presenting films that highlight impactful perspectives and supporting filmmakers who are breaking down stereotypes and initiating awareness through thought-provoking storytelling. When our team joined the project to develop its brand, website and other graphic designs, we felt committed to their mission. Our team felt very connected with the purpose of strengthening bonds between Latin America and the USA since it shares the same personal interests of cultural understanding and collaboration of our team members.
